Sean founded GAP Business Consulting in 2014, after working in the accounting sector and with the TechnologyOne software, for more than 20 years.
His career has included experience as a CFO in both local government and in the private sector, and throughout Australia as a consultant for the TechnologyOne business directly. He has a strong background in project management, business analysis and service delivery.
Bernadette Schramm

Bernadette joined GAP Business Consulting in early 2021, bringing a wealth of management accounting experience to the business.
She has experience from positions in the education, government and private sectors, as well as extensive knowledge and experience with the TechnologyOne software. Amongst other things, she specialises in reporting, budgeting and business analysis.
Rebecca (Bec) Bonnitcha
Business Consultant
Bec has recently joined our team and has many years of experience as a business analyst and systems administrator in a number of sectors. She has more than 20 years experience with the TechnologyOne software and thrives on helping customers extract maximum value from the system.
Her areas of expertise include Financials, Supply Chain, Purchase Cards, and Assets as well as some of the more technical areas such as ETL, workflow & crystal reports.
